Purchases

You'll be relieved to know that the Critters never get access to your account information. When you click the 'Paypal' button on the shopping cart, you'll be taken to Paypal's secure servers to sign into your own Paypal account (or you can use any major credit card) to authorize the purchase. It's safe, secure and easy, and that's why the critters decided to do it that way.


                                                      Shipping

To make things quick and simple, there's a flat $5 shipping charge for all orders. Most items should arrive on your doorstep in 4 to 6 business days from the time of your order. If something goes horribly wrong, email us here at  critters@wackycritters.com and we'll scratch our heads for a while and then see if we can find it.


                                                      Returns

If you need to return an item, please drop it in the mail, within 10 days of receipt,  to the address below, along with the email address you use for your Paypal account,  and we'll credit your purchase price, not including any Paypal transaction fees.
